ACD/ACY Pump repair/refurbishment
An Evo 4-10 normal refurbishment which includes replacement o’rings is £250.00, plus parts.
Due to the nature of the refurbishment all parts are charged out individually.
Our mail order service operates a queuing system, you pump is queued in date order, once your turn is reached your pump will be stripped and you will be called with a full quotation before any work is carried out.
Our normal turnaround time is 10-14 working days, during busy periods this could reach 15-20 working days.
When sending us your pump, please leave it on its mounting bracket, and enclose you contact details. Remember to package the pump well, pack it in a larger box than needed with plenty of bubble wrap.
Warranty /disclaimer
Thank you for having your Mitsubishi Evo AYC/ACD pump refurbished by ourselves.
You have 12 month warranty on the physical goods that have either been replaced or serviced during the refurbishment process.
The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. A warranty claim can only be made if the yellow HHMS ACD tag is attached to the pump.
During the warranty period we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts that have been replaced or serviced during the refurbishment process.
Also please note if a pump comes back and tests ok on our test rig, a £30.00 test fee will be applied and return carriage.
The warranty does not cover any problems/damage that is caused during the transportation of the goods to either customer or supplier if correct packaging procedures have not been followed ie the mounting bracket must be fixed to the pump doing transportation.
We will not be held responsible for items broken in transit if the mounting bracket has not been provided.
We also recommend fitting the pump within 7-10 working days of receipt to limit the chances of solenoid sticking.
We ensure that all pumps are in full working order before dispatch and are packaged to ensure safe transportation.
Any breakages incurred during transport need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
